Every eligible seller is welcome
ProfitBinder welcomes active U.S. TCGplayer Marketplace and eBay sellers at every order volume. There is no minimum order count to participate and no ranking based on store size. Sellers with only a few orders are as welcome as high-volume sellers. Every valid test helps build a better product for the seller community.
Beta access and expectations
The private beta is free, experimental, and may contain errors or interruptions. Features and workflows may change during testing. Participation does not guarantee continued access, public launch, or a specific launch date. Keep independent copies of source records and any ProfitBinder exports you need.
Authorized, privacy-safe data
You may submit only records you are authorized to process. Use supported U.S. TCGplayer Marketplace or eBay records in U.S. dollars and do not submit TCGplayer Direct data. ProfitBinder does not request marketplace passwords, seller-portal credentials, or marketplace API credentials. Raw CSV files are not stored, and buyer-identifying fields are removed in your browser before sanitized order data is staged.
eBay imports require matching Seller Hub Orders and all-columns Transaction reports for the same date range. ProfitBinder reconciles order and item identifiers, item subtotals, shipping, tax, refunds or claims, and actual reported fees before staging. It does not estimate eBay fees. Unsupported, incomplete, mixed-currency, international, or mismatched report data is rejected before commit.
Feedback
You agree to provide honest feedback about defects, confusing steps, calculation results, and missing support. You give ProfitBinder a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to operate and improve the product. ProfitBinder will not publicly identify you, quote you, publish your store results, or use your name or logo without separate permission.
Earned tester benefit
A tester who imports at least 50 real, sanitized, committed orders and completes two structured feedback check-ins qualifies for six months free after public launch and a permanent, nontransferable 25% discount after the free period. The 50-order threshold applies only to this earned benefit and launch evidence. It is not a participation minimum.
The benefit stays with the original eligible ProfitBinder account if the tester cancels and later returns. It cannot be sold, transferred, combined with another recurring discount unless ProfitBinder agrees, or exchanged for cash. If no public launch occurs, there is no post-launch subscription period to discount.
Launch evidence
ProfitBinder's public-launch gate requires at least eight completed testers, at least 1,000 real processed orders, and two continuous weeks without a critical calculation, privacy, billing, or data-loss defect. Meeting the individual earned-benefit threshold does not by itself open public access.
Withdrawal and termination
You may stop participating at any time and may request account deletion. ProfitBinder may pause or end beta access for security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, unsupported data, prolonged inactivity, or a material violation of these terms. When practical, ProfitBinder will provide notice and an export opportunity.

The Service terms and Privacy notice also apply. If these beta terms conflict with the Service terms on a beta-specific issue, these beta terms control for that issue.
