ProfitBinder

Service terms

The rules for using ProfitBinder and its private beta.

Effective: August 21, 2026   Version: terms-2026-08-21-v2

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ProfitBinder, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and authorized to process the seller and order records you provide.

Supported service

ProfitBinder V1 supports one U.S. TCGplayer Marketplace or eBay storefront operating in U.S. dollars. It does not support TCGplayer Direct orders. eBay imports require matching Seller Hub Orders and Transaction reports and actual reported fees. ProfitBinder is independent from TCGplayer and eBay and does not request seller-portal credentials or represent that it has marketplace API access. You are responsible for keeping lawful copies of the records you import and for following marketplace rules.

ProfitBinder calculates order-level profit from the information available to it. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. It does not estimate or file taxes. Marketplace-collected tax may be used only as a fee-calculation input and is excluded from revenue and profit.

Your data and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the records you submit. You give ProfitBinder permission to process those records only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must not upload data you are not authorized to use, attempt to access another account, bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use ProfitBinder for unlawful activity.

Profit labels

A Confirmed result has the required actual values or a verified fee calculation. A Provisional result uses at least one estimate. An Unresolved result is missing a required cost. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of seller-provided records, marketplace exports, and corrections.

Free allowance and paid plans

Every account may process up to 50 committed unique orders at no cost, with no payment card and no deadline. There is no automatic overage charge. After the allowance is used, only new-order entry pauses until the customer chooses a paid plan. Existing orders, corrections, reports, and exports remain available.

  • Starter: $6 per month or $64.80 per year, up to 100 new orders per month.
  • Seller: $12 per month or $129.60 per year, up to 1,000 new orders per month.
  • Pro: $17 per month or $183.60 per year, up to 5,000 new orders per month.
  • Business: $25 per month or $270 per year, with no monthly new-order cap.

Annual plans cost exactly 10% less than twelve monthly payments. A unique source order counts once when first committed. Edits, refunds, and duplicate reimports do not consume another unit. Deleting an order does not restore a used unit.

Billing, renewal, and plan changes

Paddle is the merchant of record for paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen monthly or annual period until canceled. The checkout must show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. Paddle provides purchase receipts and a customer portal for payment and subscription management.

Upgrades apply immediately after confirmation and provider processing. Downgrades apply at renewal. A failed payment receives a seven-day grace period with full access, after which new-order entry pauses until billing is restored or the subscription ends.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through ProfitBinder billing controls, the Paddle customer portal, or a cancellation link in Paddle communications. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. ProfitBinder then provides 12 months of read-only, reporting, and export access before scheduled deletion warnings and purge.

Payments are generally nonrefundable after purchase, except for billing errors, rights required by law, or action required by Paddle as merchant of record. Refund requests may be handled by Paddle or ProfitBinder support. Canceling a subscription does not itself create a refund.

Private beta

Private-beta participation is also governed by the Private beta terms. Beta features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Participants should retain independent copies of important source records and exports.

Future offers and revenue

Subscriptions are the initial revenue model, not the only permitted model. ProfitBinder may later introduce optional add-ons, paid services, sponsorships, contextual advertising, affiliate links, referral arrangements, or partner offers. Any such offer must be clearly disclosed, must follow the Privacy notice, and must not sell or use customer financial, order, buyer, CSV, account, or behavioral data for targeted advertising.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ProfitBinder disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption. ProfitBinder's total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid ProfitBinder during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

You remain responsible for business decisions, marketplace compliance, source records, taxes, and verifying important financial results before relying on them.

Suspension, termination, and changes

ProfitBinder may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or a material violation of these terms. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable export opportunity. Material term changes will be dated, versioned, and presented before they apply when consent is required.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through support. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New York. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
